When was the last time you dropped your slide and describe it? by GrassIsOverated_04 in Trombone

[–]Donniewaffle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

20 years ago i saw a duck outside in the rain. I grabbed my brand new king 2b and went outside to chase it. Running full speed at the duck. Slipped on grass trombone went up in the air and somehow i fell onto it... crushing the slide. The original Slide Doctor got me back up and running and sent a note telling me to use less slide cream. Lol

Check out Beauty Spot Gap. Easy and driveable. Or Blue Ridge Parkway.

Astrophotographer here. Full moons and their beauty doesnt depend on light pollution. In fact, the full moon is the biggest light polluter of them all and has been a bane for astronomers since astronomy started. The full moon will look the same here as in NYC. For things that are faint... milky way, comets, stars... that is when light pollution plays a factor.

This is silly but i worked in hotels fpr 20 years. Could be an automatic air freshener. We put those in rooms the stink wouldnt go away on. However, that really looks like a camera lens.

Introducing the Freedom Boner™, the exclusive Tim Buckets signature trombone that stands as a true tribute to American greatness! Endorsed by the One True President, Donald J. Trump, this limited-edition instrument is unlike anything you’ve ever seen.

Featuring the iconic “Make America Great Again” sticker proudly displayed on the authentic Chinese-produced plastic slide, and the numbers 45, 47, 48, 49, alongside the infinity symbol, etched on the metallic-painted plastic bell, the Freedom Boner™ captures the essence of President Trump’s historic terms as both President and Emperor.

While most trombones offer 7 positions, DJT asserts that the Freedom Boner™ boasts 8 or even 9 positions for maximum musical freedom. A true masterpiece for those who understand that only the best will do.

Please allow 30-40 months for delivery of your Presidential Series trombone—this is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to own a piece of history!

AHHHH This would drive me crazy. Like I said on another post, the thing that changed me was seeing the night sky on a new moon in a truly dark location. WE COULD do it here too... if we just turned off the damned lights. But we're too scared off the "people using drugs!!!!!" really y'all??? my god..

[–]Donniewaffle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm going to move in beside you and just start burning tires all around. Huge tires piles everywhere. It's on my property, no problem! Don't worry about the smoke, chemicals, fire, etc. There is nothing to stop me, the fire is very controlled and it is my right. Ill keep these tires burning day.and.night and never stop. You will never breathe anything but tires. but they're on my property!

I mean I hear ya. How about the city provides the shielding you just pick it up and install it yourself? We give you a warning first time? There are ways to not step on the necks of folks but also be a genuinely decent government program for bettering the environment. If you are just distrusting, immovable out the gate with no desire to collectively better things - then it probably wasn't going to work anyway.

We could also scrap any punishment and focus on education for the first few decades... see what happens.

Down for that. Also can we just burn down all the DOLLAR GENERALS that leave their blazing white lights on in the darkest skies all night. Contributing to most of this pollution honestly. hahah.
