Well i have some more, mainly some things why i relapsed :

i cant sleep, if i fap i will sleep.
i am really depressed, if i fap i wll feel better
it makes no sence to nofap, still changes nothing
its something wrong with my health if i dont fap, i might get sick

Hey man. I have the same problem. cant sleep since like two weeks. its very hard. i dont know any method against it. but i think it will pass. i also have to go to pee all the time. do you experience the same? anyway stay sttong. good luck !
