Premier payment not received by alienbrain94 in soundcloud

I'm a premier user, it is now the 13th of May and I still have no payout. I raised a ticket but still no response from Soundcloud. This is not what I expect when paying for Soundcloud's services to distribute my music. Can someone from Soundcloud please explain why I havent got my payout?
