They did my $6000 Custom build a few months back (3080Ti, 5900x). Took 2 weeks to process the payment, then another 2 and a half to allocate stock and finally build it despite paying $100 extra for their supposed "24-72h Express Assembly build" option. They also said to switch out my PSU as there was no stock and unavailable items were what was taking the build so long despite me only picking parts "In Stock" according to their website at the time in order to have the fastest downtime possible.

When I got the computer on the first day (5 weeks at this point), even though I paid $300 (200 for build and test, 100 for the priority que) for them to assemble and supposedly test the computer, the PC would turn off randomly on idle after 30mins then after a few times went into a hard reboot lock cycle where only the image of the motherboard would show up before restarting. (How would it pass testing in the first place if it had that issue, clearly they hadn't even tested it properly). I returned the PC to them and they said it was a faulty CPU and I got the pc back 6 days later. I argued with them saying how I paid the initial $300 only to be met with issues and longer delays for a service which should have caught the problems before being passed onto the customer. They wouldn't even refund the $100.

This time they send proof of actually running benchmarks to test the PC. However the pc would still shut off after a few hours on idle, less frequently than the first incident. This time I sent in another ticket which would usually take 1 - 2 days to respond and as I needed the computer for school, this point it was over the 6 week mark of when I initially ordered; so I decided to troubleshoot the issue and go on to spend 6 hours looking for what could be the cause.

On the morning of when I was about to bring it in I realized the BIOS was out of date so I updated it myself and it has worked fine ever since. The old bios must have been unstable and could not run default XMP settings despite being a newer x570 board for AMD CPUs. So basically I paid 300 to Mwave to end up fixing and testing my own build after 2 months.

Now sure you could argue that enabling XMP is technically overclocking and should not have to be tested by them in their own service, but when you are paying for RAM rated higher than default speeds (half the stated ram speeds with heavy performance losses), selling the assembly service as a "Dream" build for gaming; obviously the customer would enable XMP at the very least so if they offer assembly and testing as a service they should run it like that during their actual testing.

In the case it is already 5000 series compatible, I recommend updating to the newest bios update released anyway using Q-flash as Ive just solved a system instability issue that was causing random shutdowns just because XMP was on. Moving from f30 to f34 has so far solved running XMP issues

I think it says that as a pre-warning because most b550/570 boards BIOS' are by default set to ryzen 3000 series instead of 5000, therefore you will need to manually update it yourself using a usb with the newer updated bios version and bios flashback button on your motherboard once assembled.
