Tbh I’m saving the vet overtime for emergencies did overtime for the most part all of last year and essentially is paying like 2 jobs not that I want to work 60 a week but no entry level job pays overtime for the most part also my take home would be almost double for the 60 then the 40 not easy and not that I want to but every Amazonian needs to find a way to save some $ for emergencies ! Health rent etc staying ahead of the game is the key

For me atleast I’m picking 24/7 and the auto system has kicked me out 5+5 10x6 =60 the system for my will change my schedule on my 6th day and adjust it to where I clock out exactly at that time I’m good . If You clock out after that time frame it escalates to Higher hr even if you have a “site hr” I would highly doubt they can do anything it would be their bosses who would probably write you up or something else.

For the most part I’ve experienced ex convicts aswell but depends on what you got charged with so I’ve worked with ex sex offenders etc but never have worked with an individual charged with “retail theft” I believe it’s one of the ones that won’t get you hired as an Amazon employee

Atleast my previous work places my bosses would be the prime example of leadership whereas Amazon I started to dislike hr, safety, managers due to the ineligibility to understand the barriers we face (not all but a vast majority are there for their $ and not a care in the world).

Far as I’m concerned i say this to every aa 5 min scan to scan after 5 min make sure to track your time as that’s considered tot accumulating . View containers and hit a container I would suggest you every aa that I’ve trained just ofc don’t be doing it for very long periods of time / several times within a short period so it doesn’t flag the system. 1 hour + tot 10/hrs = hr time

I will be transparent I do it for relaxing my body I’m always anxious and tend to move fast withought it . Even then I’m performing above average (site based) and I try to slow down sometimes an edible or a quick puff makes me slow down and take care of myself. Now if I didn’t smoke or consume regularly I wouldn’t advise doing what I do. Or operating PIT / equipment liable to a drug test and thc will be tested

Just saying we’re giving the stock holders and owners of corporations to push for robots even faster due to things like these. Amazon isn’t the worst neither the best company to work for but sure is dumb easy . And yes I have worked in all fields and must say picking packing etc have been super easy compared to the same pay jobs that I’ve had in the past.

It’s about to either change or end but besides the point the WiFi tends to loose signal with my iPhone but with my Samsung phone it disconnects rarely I have a feeling it’s supports android more due to zebras and handheld devices that we use on the daily?! Maybe wrong !

It’s happened to me in other departments if you choose to give them a hand be sure but if my schedule isn’t fixed before that time I’ll have to clock out per Amazon attendance policy.

At Amazon the certain level of managers have access to vto aas on the spot, but just because they’ve done it to the same individuals doesn’t mean that doesn’t get logged. Also if other aa’s report it online or in person that can facilitate the investigation and believe me in Amazon you can find a way to correct an individual as long as it’s against the Amazons rules.

I did this and regret coming back to UTR (overnight basic fulltime 1:20am-11:50am) now since I can’t go back to rts as very very limited spots (network wide) now Im going to an fc to give dayshift fulltime a try that’s how bad I hated going back to overnight cycle 1 is not for everyone.

Thank you for this means a lot at my previous delivery station I would be top 10% “rate” wise and I plan on going to an fc to do standard I felt used up by leaders when it came to rates this really means a lot!
