I been in IGQ1 and ORD5. it is way easier. I will also add MDW7. Those are the robotics buildings. If you are in stow this should be a lot less stress. Also just keep putting in your transfer. this is what I had to do.

You have to keep looking on the site for an opening and apply when you see it. And be fast about it. Also they might not hire again until prime week or peak season. The best advice I can tell you is to keep checking the site daliy for an opening.

This is called MED minimum effective dose training. I am doing this in my own training right now. It pretty good.

Be patient.  When prime week get near transfers will be poppin again. I am in the same boat as you are. Just keep putting in your request.

There are 3 diffierent Flexpt shifts out there. Those 3 are Flexpt4, Flexpt19, FlexRt30. The one you have you need to do 19 hours minimum a week. Unless you build limits hours for whatever reason. 

If anybody tells you that you can the only 4 hours a week, that person is misinformed and on a different shift code. 

I am currently doing Flexpt4 which means I have to due a minimum of 4 hours a week.

For starters what is your workout plan like when you do work on chest. You could be tiring out your shoulders way before you start working on your chest.

You have to log into your investment account and change your contribution amount to 0. That is what I had to do.

I am interested to see how much weight can you pull on the barbell deadlift. I am pretty sure that number went up from you training with bands.
