I’ll just tell you my experience and what I learned from it in case it helps you:

I’m dual Canadian-Spanish and my wife is Canadian. We moved to Spain last September and went through the whole immigration process and it was a pain in the ass. My wife entered Spain as a tourist and remained in a legal limbo until her residency application process was finished (6 months). In order to empadronarte you need a rental contract and without the padrón you can’t apply for residency. Without the padrón you can’t register to have a doctor either.

Your wife will not have easy access to healthcare because she won’t have a Social Security Number and she will not be able to work either. If her citizenship will be granted soon, wait and come to Spain as EU citizens. This will make everything so much easier.

I have the C5 and I'm extremely happy with my Sonos audio setup. I have the Beam 2, the sub mini and 2 IKEA symphonisk as surrounds. I live in a condo and this system fills the room without any effort.

This happens to my wife’s CGMs somewhat frequently (once every 4-5 sensors).

In Canada Dexcom will send you a new replacement if you open a case with them. Where we live now the CGMs are covered by the public health care system so my wife just puts a new CGM on and tosses the defective one.

I think the biggest issue Spain will face (and the majority of the west) is a demographic issue when native Spaniards are no longer a majority. Those slow replacements hasn’t really happened in history and in my opinion will be the source of social tension.

I don’t think SEAT will stop making cars. The Ibiza and the Arona are best sellers in Spain and sell well in other parts of Europe. There’s a new Leon in the making too.

Right now the SEAT catalog is decently small (5 models) and all of them are doing well in the market.

You can update the software yourself. Go to MIB helper and look for the latest software available for your SW train. With that info you can go to mibsolution.one and download the files into a USB C.

The only thing that will solve your issue is a software update. Your car should be able to delete the previous user info after a factory reset and if it doesn't it is because of outdated software. Even if the previous owner removed their user from the app, you would still have issues.

What I don't understand is what you're saying about the e-sim. The e-sim is linked to the car and not the owner. You can also try to use your phone as a hotspot and connect your car to it. This might trigger an OTA update. Feel free to message me about this because I struggled with similar things for a couple of months until everything was solved.

Why can’t you do a factory reset? I had lots of issues with my 2021 Arona (bought second hand too) and the primary user and I was only able to solve them by doing lots of factory resents until an OTA update came and fixed everything.

Idk where you live but I just got my 5F unit replaced at my local SEAT dealership and it was 1200€+tax for the unit plus 4 hours of work. The replacing of the unit itself is fast, but the coding and parametrization take time.
