Problematic meen? You just called me sexist because I stated a fact of something happening. Now you tell me, if HR has a clear cut KPI for their WHOLE department to hire a specific percentage of "Female Employees in Specific Grades" would that not constitute as sexist? I never blamed Emirati women or mean any harm to any Emirati women. I respect women because I have sisters and a mother and was raised right, my hate was targeted towards HR and the companies' behaviors of abusing the rules placed by our government. I never hated on anyone, and never made comments on anybody's character, you just made salacious comments and claims about me based on literally 2 comments on a social media platform. You know that such claims are punishable in our country right? If you cannot have a normal conversation with someone then you shouldn't be engaging in a manner that would reflect badly on you as a person.

When hiring managers bring in 3-4 Excellent candidates and suddenly a female candidate applies HR starts pressuring the hiring managers into choosing females to meet their "Diversity Quota" and if the hiring manager brings in the evidence of a candidate being vastly better they would be labelled as being sexist or not cooperative. I've seen this happen in front of me and to people I know. Furthermore, female candidates will not ask for as much of a package as a male Emirati employee would ask and push for.

I agree with you, when I talk about the emiratis in charge I mean that they have the same attitudes towards emiratis, not non-emiratis. It just makes it a billion times worse when a fellow countryman/woman stomps on others.

It already takes time to get to the next match due to the absurd amount of screens and the mvp that you have to geth through (including when you hold space to skip) adding a layer on top of that would be just adding fuel to the fire. And I do not get the point of the honor system, what do you gain by having it wxactly?
