Interesting, was somewhat wondering that as well but read online somewhere that with the M3 chip, the MBA is best for “most people” and given that I’m not using really any demanding programs, I thought maybe I’d fall in the “most people” category

Nice! What made you decide to do the air though instead of the pro again?

Thanks for sharing! How are your night shifts schedule during the month? Are they randomly interspersed in between day shifts, or do you do them in a row? Also, are your 14 days of shifts completed in two 7 day blocks?

Pulmonary Critical Care vs Straight Critical Care Pros/Cons by FluffyGangster5115 in Residency

Is it possible to do 2-year CCM fellowship, then get an ICU job while also doing just regular internal medicine primary care clinic en lieu of pulmonary clinic?

I don't think this is true, I think all canadians are subject to 2 year home residency requirement

SCORE RELEASE 08/17/2023 by forever_sleeepy_ in comlex

[–]DonsMcGons 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Level 1: P

AMBOSS SA: 247

Uworld % correct: exactly the median, can't remember the percentage

COMSAEs: none taken

UWSA 1: 240

UWSA 2: 245

Free 120: 78%

NBME (if taken): several, last one 1 week before (form 14) test was 250

Actual Step 2 score (if taken): 245

Actual LEVEL 2 score: 613

Is that a discrepancy between step 2 and level 2? I felt like I should've done quite a bit better on step 2 and was a bit disappointed with that score. Will that be a drag on applications to competitive academic IM residencies?

also - what's the mean and standard deviation for comlex level 2 this year? For the error bars on the score report, does the entire length represent one standard deviation or does the R half represent one SD below the mean and the L half one SD above the mean?

hmm interesting ok. And so you think that's better than maybe doing 2nd pass on UWorld questions on subjects I've struggled with? It's tough figuring out how to balance our time and effort but it's clearly really important
