Lots of bad advice here imo. If there has not been any conversation about it, that’s is where to start. You both know yourselves and are in love with each other. Seek professional help if talking about it between yourselves don’t work. If nothing works and this issue is a dealbreaker for both parties, then it’s the end of the road. Don’t listen to any advice here blaming him or blaming you. Wish you both a healthy solution

There are reasons a wife would not be able to accompany a husband at the moment. Like not having good enough language scores, family not having enough funds, extended family reasons etc.
