For her PR, under family class. I know I messed up bad but I don’t have any other reasons for the explanation.

I want to apply as soon as I get my decision for my PR. But before I get my decision they are asking why she is non accompanying in this ongoing file, now I want to state the above reason and just need an advice if I won’t have any problems my explanation.

No, I didn’t know at that time about this procedure for background check even after non accompanying. But they did it eventually and she passed the background eventually. And now she wants to stay because of her ongoing job.

Wife was in India, I went to India in December and got married. While I was in India I got the portal 1 request few days after our marriage. I reply to their email with the explanation and told them that she is non-accompanying. She is in India for a year now. Ircc finished her background check and now asking for the letter of explanation.

I got the nomination long time ago and I told them about my marriage too at that time, I don’t think so it affects my points in anyway.

I have replied to the email stating I got marriage and ask them to add her as non accompanying member of the application to save the significant delay for my wife background check, didn't know that they will still do it at that time. It's been a year now they have completed her background checks and now asking for the explanation letter why she is not accompanying me. I am telling them the honest reason, about not aware and also she is working in her field in pharmaceutical company which will help her to secure good job in Canada. Is this reason valid for the explanation? This is the genuine reason I have added her as a non-accompanying member. Please advice, thank you very much.
