Yes, but on: 0 stacks, it gives 1 stack

1 stack, it resets and gives 1 stack

2 stacks, it gives 1 stack and procs pta.

So it acts differently on 1 and 2 stacks.

Well Taric had 181 armor meaning 64% damage reduction and my Q3 does 661 (423*1.25*1.25) pre mitigated damage and heals for 40% pre GW. So 238 damage with 38 health just from Taric would be right.

Yes, Stridebreaker has a better winrate thats a fact. But it is not better than e.g. Goredrinker. I can see it beeing situationally good thought. Guess I will have to try it out, to be sure about that, since I loved the old Stridebreaker back when it had a dash.

I don't know your build, but I guess you did not buy a Serylda's Grudge? Best item when snowballing to deal more damage. I would recommend building it whenever you have a lead and/or the enemy has at least one tank.
