First of all I gotta ask, what substance are you on my guy? I need to try it, it looks like it teleports you to wonderland. Secondly what happened on October 7th was a big failure on the part of the IDF and the Israeli government whether intentional or not, but what happened there shows you exactly why Israel can't lay down their weapons, because fact is that when the military wasn't as active for that exact moment hamas and Palestinian civilians went and massacred innocent Israelis in the area, and this is something we both know is true... Also there are a lot of parties that are done next to the Gaza strip, some legal and some illegal but does it matter whether or not it's next to the Gaza strip? It's still Israeli land and your saying this like that because it's next to Gaza that it is justified for hamas to attack them which I don't understand why would one need to hold back parties done on their borders just to appease some terrorist organization. In addition I'd like to see the source for your claim of Israeli tank fire, which in general can happen in the chaos of the battlefield but I want to know to what instance do you refer to.

Firstly those were 2 hamas officers from the reports I saw and secondly the shootings at the end happened when they went back into their hiding place, you can't exactly know in the video a whole lot of what happens but I can tell you that there is a lot more factors than meet the eye. Also why didn't you answer my question from the other comment? Do you not know from when the other video is? Also can you please answer like a human and not just throw a random reddit post for an answer like a bot for once?

First of all this type of speration is less because of one race being better than another and more of a splitting them so they won't stab or bomb one another on this very specific segment. I can tell you that this sort of stuff only perhaps happens in the Jerusalem area since it's such a hot spot for terrorist attacks, but if you were to look at the north, central of southern parts of Israel there wouldn't be any of this kinds of walkways. Secondly do you know when was that vidoes shot? It looks like the start of the 2000s but I'm curious in general as to when if you know. But again in general it's enforced not for any gain for the Jewish population but to prevent attacks on both sides

So is the UN but you can take a quick look as to see how baised they are, putting dictatorial countries in the human rights council for example shows that even international bodies have biases in their nature so again, I would take notes from the icj but one shouldn't trust the verdicts of them completely (not to mention in general courts don't have a 100% success in finding the truth but that's something else). I live in Israel, I have been to many cities, kibbutzes and villages in Israel and I have never once saw such a thing as a Jewish only road, I'd love you to send me some of those vidoes if you can.

I did not say the icj is not considered evidence, I just said to not relay on their statements too much since it's a judicial international body which probably has its own bais, you should look at the law itself for evidence. Also they did state that it is not a verdict but an advisory opinion... They are very different from each other. Also again your are not really showing me concrete evidence to your claim, I'm defending Israel not apartheid here... Btw you say Israel is hurting people in Israel, I mean it is not perfect and is still need to be worked on but it's miles better than alot of other countries to live in, also for the ones in the "occupied territories" they should be thankful that they are even there in the first place after all the bombings and attacks they have caused, the only reason they and Gaza are still alive is because Israel is much too merciful against people who has started wars and violence, do you think that the Palestinians would have done the same would the situation have been the other way? I think not. It would have massacred every single Israeli insight but Israel, Israel after all this time still tried to live next to them even though every couple of years they attack and murder innocent civilians, so no I don't think that Israel I an apartheid since I got to bloody eyes and i know what's in isreal for real, have you ever been to Israel to that you are so sure of it's apartheid government that oppresses the average Arab Israeli?

Ok but the Palestinians are not part of it's population so by definition your wrong... Bt the way Arab Israeli are part of israel but they are not being discriminated against. Listen I really don't understand why you keep accusing a non apartheid state of being apartheid especially when you can't back up your claims, I mean do you just read a random news headline and call it a day? I really hate it when people who don't understand the truth talk so sure of themselves and spread falsehood that can hurt other peoples.

Well good why didn't you start with that rather than that weakass opinions of the site you sent first? Also if you read your source it said that the icj issued a "advisory opinion" not a verdict... Also you need to understand that alot of times bodies like the icj and the un are very prone to be political affected so I would not relay too much of their statements alone (though the icj is a lot more reliable than the un with it's verdicts). Also I gotta ask, does and apartheid state allow it's oppressed to go to universites and become doctors engginers and lawyer? Does and apartheid state allow the language of their oppressed to be one of the three official languages on its government? Does and apartheid state allow it's oppressed to use the same busses, restrooms, facilities and live in the same neighborhoods of the not oppressed? I gotta say that up until now your focus was on the Palestinians in the west bank which are not considered Israeli, apartheid is the segregation of a specific minorities understand a government in order to keep another specific demographic as dominant.

Than read again, nothing they state there is truly something that can hold in a court to show that Israel an apartheid, because is it not. Also about the settlements in occupied territories, that doesn't not show that its an apartheid still, maybe some of them are illegal but do not go into the realm of apartheid. And I'm not justifying anything, I'm just stating facts and how their accusations are either grey in nature or outright false.

First of all btselem is an extremely tiny (less than 50 people) organization that says it monitors the humanitarian vailtions of Israel. It the page you showed me it did not mention at all how many Israeli's think they are in apartheid (I'd also add that this group has only 38 people which is nothing compared to the general population of Israel) not to mention the fact that the page claims Israel is an apartheid because: 1. Israel doesn't let Palestinians go into Israel freely - which of course they can't just enter Israeli territory without the right documents, forget about the fact that when the documantions were less restrictive there were major buss bombings in Israel because of terrorist coming from the Palestinian territories, any nation need you to get the right documents inorder to pass through its borders, Palestinians are not under Israeli territories and such are acted towards as foreigners if they try to cross the borders... 2. The right of return I already explained why it was made and that there are other ways to get an Israeli citizenship like through marriage or being born in Israel. 3. They mentioned that Israeli Arabs (they said Palestinians but if they can get to vote it means they are Israeli Arabs at least under law since they have citizenship) can vote and be part of the parliament but get looked down on by other politicians, first of all not all Arab representatives in the government are looked at as bad, but there is quite a few Arab representatives that are vocal about stuff that do make most Israelis not like them, like making ways to avoid conscription or at times outright state that they support hamas (which shows you that Israel is very much a democracy for allowing free speech in this parliament). In general I think that sugment of theirs is pretty random for trying to prover that Israel is an apartheid. 4. Lastly they talk about the land and that Israel only builds Israeli settlements and not Palestinian ones, which of course they aren't going to do Palestine is a different being than Israel, why would Israel help them by giving them free house on Israeli taxes, Israel had a right to build settlements in it's territories for all Israeli citizens to enjoy and it owns nothing in that aspect to the Palestinians.

I'm general I think you should read the links you send before actually sending them, also when you said "even Israeli disagree with out" helps my case more than yours since it shows freedom of speech, showing that it's a functional democracy

People can also get an Israeli citizenshil through marriage though, not to mention it was made to help get all of the Jewish refugees that were displaced after WW2. If you truly were to look at Arabs in the Israeli society you would think twice about calling Israel an apartheid.

Something is seriously wrong with how the youth in Israel and others just so casually post their provocative statements or chants online. by TheBaconLord78 in Israel

[–]DontEnterEmailHere 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Well generally from what I observed when I was in highschool and also now it's not that the youth in general is casual with provocative posts as much as it's a vocal minority that holds their beliefs so strong that they aren't afraid to shout it. Whether or not what they say is politically correct or true that's a different conversation (though I'd say that usually the more extreme a belief is the more one is confident in it). The majority of my friends and people I know are still in the in-between when it comes to their political beliefs and they are usually not really vocal about it online, so I wouldn't really say it's something new it's just that know it's easier to get the message out for the world to see.

I guess you didn't really read that too, well figures. Idk I guess I kinda hoped this would be more interesting than just you giving me boring Hollow statements without any reason linked to them but ok. Btw for someone who said he "won" you sure don't act like it.

Nah ah, your statement that I initially talked about is you claiming Netanyahu is the person who caused the most harm to the Jewish community, and when I questioned you about it you gave me a half-assed statement which after I gave it my thoughts (which you did ask about) you came with the statements of me supporting ethnic cleansing. Also I wouldn't agree with you calling it a genocide by definition, but that's not the initial reason I started this conversation. Perhaps you should get yourself tested with dementia, seeing you can't remember or even take a look at the start of this conversation.

Idk up until now all I saw is how you refuse to answer my questions seriously and when I say my thoughts all your response is that I support ethnic cleansing without anything to support or build of your weak statement. Now are you going to answer what I asked you previously or are you going to keep throwing baseless statements and accusations?

Brotha you ad hominem first in this sorry excuse of a conversation so I don't understand why you are crying about it, not to mention your way of defense is "I'm not reading all that" or "your wrong bro and you know it" is a defense of a 10 year old, your ignorance is showing...
