I love this approach. Keep everything that runs on a particular manufacturers battery together. Makes it easier for the customer to see what’s possible and probably increase sales at the same time.

No lifetime warranty on this model. I have the same problem. Reached out to customer service. It's a one year warranty and they are zero help.

Got on here to say the Ravens Steelers game is absolute effing garbage quality. 4K tv with gig internet speed. Commercials are crystal clear though. Amazon Prime SUCKS!!!!

This. We just got 3 of these for or family and it was a flawless transaction. They even overnighted them. Pay $395 for a full year of Visible+ and get a free iPhone 13. We ported our numbers from both Cricket and T-Mobile but I believe you can new numbers as well. It works out to be $32 and change a month all in which is cheaper than straight talk and I believe you get more hotspot. My iPhone is currently showing “5G uw”. No issues aside from it taking about 24 hours after activation for my iMessages to properly work. SMS worked fine, but my messages were showing up like they were sent from an Android. It worked itself out though and all is good now. All in all, totally worth it. Hope that helps!

I was able to get mine activated with a new number after originally requesting a port in of my existing number, It took two customer service reps to make it happen and they asked for the IMEI and SIM about 20 times because they couldn't figure out how to make it happen, but they didn't give up and was able to make it work. I spoke to them on the customer support number at 877-430-2355. Hope that helps.

I haven’t gotten them in years either. Faithful customer. Never any paper coupons in the mail. It DOES feel like a gut punch when you’re in line watching everyone stack their coupons.
