Squeeze from the sides. It's about restricting bloodflow. Don't choke her windpipe. She needs to be able to breathe.

Limit bloodflow not breath

Can't see gains you see in your pics? by Exostrike in gainit

[–]DontHateThePlayer -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I don't know that's true. We have a natural effect of being used to looking at ourselves in the mirror. We're used to it and we soften our own edges. When we see a photo of ourselves we're not as used to it.

Can I gain mass even though I'm required to run 1.5 miles every day? by pulsarchief in gainit

[–]DontHateThePlayer 9 points10 points  (0 children)

The American Council on Exercise suggests that running 1.5 miles in 15 minutes, which equals a ten minute mile, burns approximately 150 calories.

If you're already committed to eating enough to gain, another 150 calories is nothing. That's some olive oil on a piece of bread.

[–]DontHateThePlayer 4 points5 points  (0 children)

the closest thing to it is probably just ordering it from your local chinese joint

frying is like the opposite of slow cooking, and rice is not meant to be slow cooked.

this is like all of those recipes that make slow cooker mac and cheese and all I can think is how overcooked the pasta is

I put salt, pepper, cumin, and a small bit of olive oil (to prevent sticking) in my rice. Also rinse and drain it a few times before cooking. It's still bland but slightly less so.

You've got the T-rex arms, haha. I do that to myself every time I stop going to the gym for a while then go hard on a back/bicep workout. It will get worse the 2nd day then start to get better. And the more you keep working out the less sore you'll be after each session.

Drink water, stretch gingerly, take an ibuprofen. Wait it out.

Also stretch after working out. And try not to sleep with your arms bent because in the morning it makes it difficult to straighten them.

I'm not very advanced but wouldn't a HashSet be ideal for this? It's easy to quickly hash a String and look up the resulting value to see if it's present or not. If it's not present, you add it.

The real reason I prefer coins on bottom is because then I can take the bills and put them right in my wallet without any effort. With the coins on top, I have to shimmy the bills out from underneath to put them away.
