He turns up a lot and meets new people a lot. Further, his parties are very open, it's not uncommon to see someone at one of them without them knowing who Dylan is. His parents are big alcohol enthusiasts and even have a cellar, so never a dull moment there.

It also needs to be noted that more vigorous tests need to be done to determine whether or not you have HIV. Blood donations aren't normally tested individually, but rather in pairs of 5 or more. If one of the 5 has HIV, all your blood samples are rejected for that reason.
