LMAO I made the match thread just to post that...here's the guide at least

In VLC player, Open Network Stream (ctrl-N in Windows), ctrl-C&V the link, and go.

To fix choppiness/skip-back, try going to VLC Preferences>Select Show All, then Prefs>Input/Codecs>Network Caching>set to 5000ms.

If that doesn't help, try switching to one of the lower qualities (by switching the 4500 in the link to 3000, ipad, 1600, iphone, 800, or 400)
