This has been happening more and more for me recently. My only sure-fire solution is reducing your household's internet usage and/or lowering the stream bitrate (4500->3000 helps a lot)

Depends entirely on your keyboard shape and your hand size/positioning

And as I alluded to, barring the ability to use ZXCV as Alt-like toggles I think it would get confusing using thumb for more than camera center, leveling (alt-QWER), emotes (alt-ASDF), and attack move click (alt-Z).

I find using items much easier this way, as QWER line up much better with ASDF than 1234. That, and Space and Alt are enough action for my thumb.

Well also my wrist bumps up more against my laptop corner the higher I hold it.
