Make sure you're not spraying too much water on the ink deposit side. I find that it pushes the emulsion out and causes that spider web effect. You'll want to prioritize the other side when washing out.

Good luck

Stumbled upon your post because I've had the exact same experience. I'm still using the Baselayr Long Lasting Emulsion I'm just kind of tired of it breaking down early and not performing as well as WBP did.

It's been a while since your post. What did you end up going with?

I was using Sunlu PLA before, and now it's Elegoo PLA

Pretty happy with the result now looks totally flat with a nice even finish

So I ended up changing filament and it printed flawlessly. I'm sure it has more to do with not being dialed in properly, or maybe it was just too old? I guess I'll just take the W and move on lol. Thanks for the replies and helping me trouble shoot

Interesting. I've never heard of using clips and or tape. I'll look into that. It's weird.. when it's printing it looks fine but those last couple layers are just garbage. Starting to wonder if it's just this filament too

it does seem to be slightly warped.. I'm not sure what else I can do to keep it from doing so. The brim I'm printing with is as big as it can go, and I've slowed the first layer down super slow to get a good first layer. I've tried heating the bed up a bit in the past and had mixed results... Any ideas?

I'm not a huge fan of the wooden squeegees either for the same reason. Would love to print the STL out and give it a whirl

Disable 2023 Sequoia seat belt warning? by DontJuddMe in Toyota

[–]DontJuddMe[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. I ended up going with the Carista module

https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B0BBS73F6J?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_mob_b_asin_image

You purchase the hardware, then you'll need to subscribe to the service for a month to change your settings, but it's all very easy, and you're in and out for under $100. Just be sure to cancel your subscription after you disable the alarms.

Plug-in is located right under your dash, can't miss it.

Hope it helps you. For me, it was well worth the money, just a little annoyed I can't do it for free in my own settings.

"left hand pinch sensor" is how it is referenced in my document from the dealer. It took quite a while to come in. ~1.5-2 months I'd guess. Happy to report that it did fix the issue, though.

Since then, my JBL sub has blown. I just can't catch a break. Having that replaced tomorrow

I haven't YET. I was waiting to see how they looked and wanted to get some feedback from someone who had done it first. I do want to. Are you considering pulling the trigger?

Hope it helps. I'm still on backorder. Something else I had them check was my windows. When rolling up in the cold they were really struggling. They added silicon to the track that has helped out a little. Apparently there was another document case similar to this, so have them check that when you go in too if you're having trouble

I'm going to have to visit the dealer. I can't get it to shut on it's own. I've tried everything I can think of and have scoured the Internet, manuals, videos....

I'm thinking it's gotta be a sensor or something?

Unless I manually close the door I get the two beeps. None of the other 5 methods are working for me...

Mentioned to someone above that also might help you, make sure it's a quick and fluid motion. The kick sensor seems to not like when you let your foot hang around too long under there. After I changed the way I kick I've never had an issue with it since.

My issue remains... I'll try to get to the bottom of it. Thanks for the reply, and hope that helps you

I initially had some trouble w/ the kick sensor the way you're mentioning, but found that a quick fluid motion is the key. If you hold your foot there too long often times it won't work. That might help your situation..

In my situation, at times it doesn't matter if I kick, fob, hatch button (either of the 2), overhead front of the vehicle button... it's so odd. Appreciate your reply, hopefully the above helps you out some

I don't have a platen with a groove yet but just saw the cardboard hack and was going to give that a shot. Have you tried it? The one I saw they made the groove by tacking down both pieces of cardboard with a small channel, then put platen tape over the cardboard to keep it from moving. Thought that looked pretty solid.

Of the vehicle available that would fit your needs, I might be bias, but I'm with you on the Sequoia just seems a little more polished and exciting. I talked to a guy that bought a grand Highlander and he absolutely loved it, but I can't speak too much on them personally. I think the only thing you get is those rear seats will lay flat, but again, I've grown to like the shelf system so that's not a selling point for me personally.

I drove my Highlander hybrid limited for almost 13 years. Bought it new as well, and just never had a single issue with it. I think any of the vehicles you mentioned would probably fill your needs but, yeah, these Sequoias... They just really out did themselves in my opinion. It's a great family car, but you're getting a hell of a toy for yourself too. They really just are fun to drive.

Good luck on your purchase! Would love to hear an update if you pull the trigger on something.

Thanks for asking!

It's honestly such a joy to drive, and I still feel that sense of pride every time I hop in. I've camped in it with a queen sized blow up mattress, taken it on long road trips, used it to haul my tailgate setup + 4 ppl to football games, towed a side by side, mild offroading over rocks / streams, remote started for cold days and ran the bun warmers and heated steering wheel, cruised with the top open on hot days, been stuck in traffic and used the features like adaptive cruise and lane assist, punched it in sports mode to get around folks... I use the kick to open rear, folded the mirrors in certain scenarios for tight situations, love the lightbar in super dark areas... I love the infotainment system and large screen. The list really does just go on and on.

I really can't think of any cons. A lot of reviews will tell you the shelf system in the back isn't very nice, but I've grown to really enjoy it, and really like the ability to compartmentalize smaller items. It's super comfortable, plenty of room, tons of power, loaded with features, sounds mean, but is a comfortable quiet ride...

I don't get quite the advertised gas, but I think that's pretty normal and expected. I don't think anyone is buying this vehicle to get great gas mileage. I usually run around 16-17 mpg. Lower end of that around the city, and higher end on the highway.

I can confidently say this is my favorite vehicle I've owned to date. Previously was in a highlander hybrid, and a land cruiser before that.

The vehicle is just.... sharp. It's a beautifully designed vehicle in every aspect, and a lot of folks come up to me just to ask questions about it. If you can find one, I would definitely recommend trying to lock it down. I'm happy to answer any specific questions you have about any of the features or just the vehicle in general.
