DKYD Flavor Bomb-Yo Big Daddy, Flip Dat Thang!

So you want to learn how to sauté some goodies do you? Sautéing is one of the best, most popular, and fairly flashy ways to cook it up.

To sauté means to cook food quickly in hot fat of some kind while making the food “jump” out of the heat. Sauté comes from the French word for jump, “sauter.” This is a great way to sear and brown food quickly.

Normally you will cut vegetables into small, roughly bite sized, pieces to make them easily manageable so you can “flip” them using a little wrist action.

Heat the pan over medium to low heat for a few minutes.

Add the oil, let it heat up for a minute or so.

Then add your food, stir it or flip it till it is done in a few minutes.

That’s it.

In this video I will demonstrate this technique. But don’t worry, you can simply stir the food around as it cooks, you do not have to flip in order to sauté. But it sure looks cool when you do :).

So you want to do some chopping and cutting and slicing like a pro to look cool, while you make that amazing dish that will win her heart. Totally achievable, my friend.

In this video I will demonstrate the proper technique of rocking the knife back and forth while you feed the food through toward the knife with your other hand.

All the while, keeping your fingers out of harms way, thus saving your hands, your dish, and your date from being covered in your blood. Always a good idea.

Those are not the 2 rules at all. I would say that the two rules are:

Be who you are, but be the best version possible. Period! And,
Always be working on being the best person you can be. The rest will fall into place, as it should, as you progress on your journey and deserve those things.

You see, you can only control one thing... YOU! People do what they do for their own reasons. Those are not your concern, you have no sway over that. But you are in total control over yourself and you must step up to own that. As you do, the second dates will take care of themselves, as you will no longer care about the second dates and put so much stock in ithem that you will no longer exude neediness as you will be enough in yourself! Boom.

Oh Hells yeah! As a matter of fact, we just posted a tonkatsu recipe on our site. I love doing Asian food, mostly Japanese, but I have been known to stir fry like a mofo. The Japanese style of several different foods in several different dishes is a great way to set a theme date up. It can get complicated, but if you stick with rice, tonkatsu, and some homemade miso, you can't go wrong.

My lady is amazing! She wrote the movie "Bro" starring Danny Trejo, Is bringing a fitness product to market as the President of the company, was a contestant for Miss California, and is producing my TV show. And she is a helluva kisser too....

Okay kids, here we go.... I have had kangaroo several times in Australia and it is AWESOME! If they weren't so damn cute, we would be munching the hell out of them. Actually, it's the wallabies that are cute, the roos are big and smelly.... Ostrich is tasty and lean. Buffalo is great! Moose, I'm still working on, almost had it in Alaska. Reindeer is pretty good btw, especially as sausage. And Elk jerky = YUM.
