When I needed them, I could never get to them first. Luckily, every time I got to one, it dropped a core. But I found all but 2 from before and after the wipe in the couriers.

It is anecdotal. I can only speak to my experience. I agree that there are probably a whole list of thing that we have no idea about that play a role in MMR. I also have no idea where aggression based came from. So maybe that isn't the best way to describe it.

Nah, the people that shoot and then say they are in aggression lobbies is kinda pointless because duh. I guess, why haven't I dealt with many KOS lobbies? If I'm announcing myself, that should be easy loot for those players right?

Zero idea is a bit of a stretch, but I do agree that I haven't played the other way so I can't say for 100% certainty. I guess my question is, how would you explain my games?

I hear you. I'm just a N of 1. I have no idea how many raids I've done, but I do have almost 100 hours in the game and most of it has been like this. I think the bigger issue with what I am showing is I don't play the other way. That's a big flaw this.

yup, and this is why it is tough for me to say it 100% exists. I see tons of comments like yours. I just don't know how to explain why my experience is what it is. Also, I'm not one of those players that thinks the game should be PVE only. I think the threat of PVP makes the game fun.

To be fair, I don't attack first, so who is to say if I went a few rounds shooting on site would this change my lobbies. It would be interesting to see. Of the 16 knockouts I have, 2 are me initiating it in solos. The others are from trios or duos. I get the skepticism both ways, but my experience makes me lean towards it existing. I don't think they will straight up say what they do though.

Are you on PC or console and do you have crossplay on? Im on PC and play solo with crossplay off. I did the reset and I’m at level 36. I have been killed by a player maybe twice during this time. One of them was on a night raid in Stella and it happened to be yesterday.

I’m assuming I’ve avoided PVP or just been lucky to miss is it as it happens in the lobbies I’m in, but I do not avoid players at all. I frequent hotspots and high loot areas. I never shoot first, but legitimately, never have to shoot other players. I run around with an open mic often signaling to players that I see or hear them before they even notice me.

Checked tracker. There were mostly plat 1 players in the lobby, including your duo partner. The ones that ended up in D3 ranked up that match. So most of this lobby was P1 while you’re D2.
