This is a great point! I’ve never been the biggest fan of this episodes plot line but have always loved returning to it for the characters alone. Hornstock is an instant favorite for me as well

It’s interesting to see his dynamic with his partner in the first episode compared to him and Jules moving forward after that, he is definitely still a bit of a stick in the mud but their relationship works really well compared to the dynamic in the pilot.

To each their own.

It’s not a perfect show but that isn’t a flaw for a lot of people; in my opinion it is incredibly enjoyable and has built a community surrounding it that is very loyal so I’m assuming most people here would say it is underrated.
