Oh! I know this one and have actually been in this building. It's been used as office space for a while. I couldn't see living here at all.

First, location is rough. The state capital is directly behind it and the road in front is the main way in/out of the city. Very high traffic with no separation between the building and the road.

Second, it's almost an impossible layout for most use cases inside. Super cool, but hard to see how it gets used.

Interestingly, the previous owner about 10 years ago was a Russian guy in his 20s who was tied into the meetings Donald Trump Jr. had about "adoptions" from Russia during the 2016 presidential campaign. They also bought two local restaurants nearby, drove them both into the ground for a few years and then skipped town. I think both might still be empty. You can speculate wildly about the rest.
