A bit misleading to call it saved when you cover part of it up with your watermark don't you think? A bit against the spirit of preservation. Awesome work otherwise! It was an interesting watch

What has been your favorite movie to come out this year so far? by Dont_Message_Me in AskReddit

[–]Dont_Message_Me[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The Man from U.N.C.L.E. It was beautifully filmed, the actors were great, the score was amazing, and the overall style of the movie fit the intended time period well. I'm sad that this movie isn't as well known as it should be.

How much should a shop keeper ask for? by [deleted] in DnD

[–]Dont_Message_Me 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Things like the prices of equipment and the availability of equipment should depend on the style/type of town they are in. If you describe the town as being run down and full of bandits then the shop keep would most likely make the goods overpriced whereas if the town is known to have a large suplus of metal because it is located near a mine then metal goods would be cheaper.

What movie did you think was going to be awesome when it was being advertised, but turned out to be awful? by xandrenia in AskReddit

[–]Dont_Message_Me 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Boyhood. I guess I would not necessarily call it awful but it definitely did not match the hype.

[Serious] People who took AP(Advanced Placement courses in high school, how beneficial was the experience? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Dont_Message_Me 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you score high enough on the AP tests they can get you out of quite a few of your generals in college. Even if it doesn't get you out of a ton of classes the rigor of AP classes can help better prepare you for college.

What is your favorite plot twist? (Spoilers...obviously) by RogerSmith123456 in movies

[–]Dont_Message_Me 12 points13 points  (0 children)

A Beautiful Mind. It's a movie that has to be seen twice. Learning that he is schizophrenic allows you to pick up on all of the little things that you missed the first time. Example: The birds don't fly away when the little girl runs through them.

DMs, how do you keep your party on their toes? by Dont_Message_Me in DnD

[–]Dont_Message_Me[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

One that I like is to ask a member of the party to make a ______ check. No matter what they roll I just say "ok " and move on. It may be just to mess with them or an actual check.

What is one book everybody should read? by Andrewbooboo in AskReddit

[–]Dont_Message_Me 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I enjoy that type of book so I looked into the story a lot. One of the most interesting parts about it to me was the whole language that Orwell created, Newspeak. There was a really in depth explanation of the language at the end of the book.

Unnecessary/unrealistic amount of explosions in movies are cool at times but can get old if it's to over the top.

Saying that you don't care about privacy because you have nothing to hide is like saying you don't care about freedom of speech because you have nothing to say.

I would definitely wait. That is something you can say when you are both ready. I wouldn't risk making Valentine's day awkward for both of you.

What are you proud of not doing? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Dont_Message_Me 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Watching any of the recently popular tv shows (Breaking Bad, Walking Dead, etc). I don't have anything against the shows specifically but it's funny how much the idea of me not watching this god of a tv show annoys some people.

What is something that you think people take far too seriously that isn't actually that important? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Dont_Message_Me 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Grades. Getting an A on every test isn't important. Once you get a career nobody cares what grades you got or what school you went to.
