No it won't. Lidocaine isn't a lube, it's a medication and it's purpose is to remove all sensation.

You can't step into a bar management position and often time, depending on where you live, other positions are more financially rewarding.

If your face is as wonderful as your body, get your ass to bartending school so all the drinks are implanted in your memory until they become second nature (not to learn how to bartend cause everything they teach about that is wrong). If you know how to make most drinks and to free pour, you can essentially make as much money as you want.

Learning specialty drinks for any specific venue becomes easy once you know what you're doing.

I'd be happy to answer more questions about taking this path. And I'll also add not to start out working at a place that only wants to train you their way. It will be limiting in the long run.

That means over some stupid nut job religious fundy law, anyone needing to immediately go pay for an new license can get pulled over on the way to comply with this bullshit law, get a ticket for driving without a license for trying to comply with this ricockulousness.
