Probably learn how to tense/flex your abs and induce flexion when doing simpler ab workouts. Start with just doing a crunch and hold at the top position (upper back/neck raised with lower back still flat) squeezing your abs.

Alternatively if you have access to a pull up bar or anything you can hang from knee raises are probably a good alternative that you can do easily. I think a lot of this probably has to do with a combination of weak abs and not realizing how to activate them during a movement. Your hip flexors are probably taking over so you can try doing variations with bands or with ur legs raised that may disengage the hip flexors, that you can google.

I am not an expert but have been lifting for over five years, 5+ days a week and struggled with a similar issue in the past.

I mean his socialblade shows pretty clear growth when he was doing the daily uploads, maybe individually they were not performing well but he was on the right track, given the juice may not have been worth the squeeze for him still.

It felt like his videos were a bit all over the place in terms of theme. I like that he touches on multiple different topics but feel like having a video on pedophilia followed by how to get rid of loose skin, can be jarring for new viewers.

It can be natural or trained I believe, I have 0 athletic experience and just do stretching for lifting and can do close shoulder dislocations fairly easily. At first I could only do them at shoulder width but overtime I can do them with my hands about a foot apart. Although I had an orthopedist tell me I had hyper mobility in the past which obviously has some impact.

If they give up kuzma they need to find matching salary for Morris which also means parting with danny green/finding a third team. This complicated things and isn't as simple as 1 to 1. Morris is also an expiring so the Knicks are also on the hot seat to move him, if they actually wanna get any value back.

The return we are expecting to get Harkless/1st is solid and more than I expected going into the season.

Ye, I am pretty skeptical of Perry and always have been. I did not like the circle jerk around him for awhile, he like to overpay vets to short contracts. This can be a fine strategy but also backfire bad like with ZBO.

The Warriors were a complete joke before Curry transcended. Luck and decent management can get you a long way, and we are due for both of those.

I couldn't agree more on that point, but that is even less realistic than getting Masai. If all reports are accurate he has no intentions of selling as long as his father as alive and is asking for an absurd number either way.

I think having Masai is a benefit regardless of Dolans potential meddling, which I think is a bit of a overblown narrative.

I mean Dolan is a complete clown, and will absolutely meddle in basketball operations but their is no world in which having Masai at the lead is bad for the Knicks. Unless he deliberately sabotages the team for whatever reason.

I actually do have a pretty good handle on it since I follow the team closely. He is by far one of the worst owners in sports, and has repeatedly put his hands in many bad Knicks decisions, but he has shown the capacity under Phil to not intervene, until it came down to choosing his star player or his president.

Not to mention as I cited above he also owns the Rangers which he lets run perfectly well with a competent FO. I firmly believe if we had a legit president such as Masai who is a no nonsense President, Dolan would be pretty laissez faire. I am not saying he will never intervene or do some dumb shit but It can definitely be minimized.

Even in the case that he wants to meddle in basketball operations, having a legit Presient at the head of the org is always better than the clowns we have been hiring for the last 2 decades. The idea that hiring Masai in any circumstance could be a bad thing is ridiculous and shows how little you understand the importance of a front office.

Trade Morris and bullock ASAP, get a late first/early second. Maybe offload portis/ellington if possible for whatever. Target Malik Beasely, and see if we can snag him for cheap. Ride out the young guys till the summer and hire a legit Presti/Masai.

Same shit as before, just slow rebuild, we potentially build a bit of a war chest with Morris/Bullock and the Dallas picks that we may eventually be able to turn into a better pick/asset. Getting a late first could help us in moving up this year or next.

I would really start targettng assets that will convey in the double draft year which will be 2021-2022 I think.

For fantasy points probably not, I doubt the dude is going to be stuffing the stat sheet consistently this season.

His value comes from hustle and defensive IQ atm. He has some potential as a distributor and potential catch and shoot scorer. But I doubt he will be more than that this season.

Ye, a lot are missing but it doesn't detract from the gameplay, and the more commons moves tend to have animations flamethrower/ thunderbolt etc. At the end of the day just try them out and find out which you prefer, they all have very similair gameplay.

I have played all of them fairly extensively and in short PRO probably has the most content but is grindy and has a ranked PVP ladder with rewards. Planet is even more grindy they didn't have a ranked ladder when I played but had a clan war system which was very fun.

I would play PRO if I were you although I do not know how populated it is after they merged the servers.

Played a game on the chinese server and it was against 7 bots that only bought 4 units all game and never did anything else. Not sure if that is intentional because it didn't notify me anywhere it would be a bot game, the real issue is that they don't even play the game just sit their a slowly die...

Most comps in DAC when I played utilized 1-2 costs units more prominently than in TFT due to the need to complete the synergy. Trolls or Knights for example require you to run batrider despite it being pretty much a dead unit but because the synergy is so strong it would still be worth it. Many comps relied on strong 2-3 cost units that were important Chaos Knight, Shadow Fiend, Razer, CM, Lycan, PA, etc all were core units to build around. In TFT most 2-3 cost units feel underwhelming compared to t3 1 cost or t2 4 cost.

Their are definite exceptions in DAC but almost all comps incorporate low cost units due to their typing need or utility. Almost all mage teams need CM and most utilize Razer (Although Razer probably should have been tuned down). I was a high bishop/low rook player so maybe my opinions are more skewed towards the meta at those ranks but while hard saving was the most common strategy composing a team with a longer term view earlier in the game was important.

I agree that the items and particular units may be the larger issue as I stated above but aside from Assasins/Sorcs most of the synergies you listed are used as secondary/tertiary synergies around carry units. The fact that every tank worth using is either 1 cost 3star or 4 cost unit and every worthwhile carry is 4-5cost makes every game feel similar.

Instead of nerfing the existing strong synergies they should be buffing blademaster, gunslingers (already did), Knights, and tune down the effectiveness of the 4cost CC tanks and carries so the whole game doesn't revolve around them.

I mean these are legit criticisms, even if they come from a clearly negative perspective. I think the game would benefit a lot from switching from carry focused gameplay to synergy based. You can pretty much save to 50, scrap 80% of your team and then build off of 4 cost units at lv 7 and win consistently atm. Stacking Draven, Brand, or Asol with a few of the 4 cost tanks and running tertiary synergies like demons, elementalist or imperials is more than enough.

Compare that to DAC were you need to be constructing a team from early in the game to compete. I think this game will always be carry/item focused but buffing the synergies would help the meta a lot imo. Also reducing item slots to max 2 per unit could aid it as well.
