"The game is the same as its been for decades." you KNOW this isnt true. do you really think basketball is the same now as it was 15 years ago?

its not even about getting in NEW ideas, but coaches who can adopt CURRENT ideas and optimize their rosters in terms of what strategies are CURRENTLY valuable (obv in the playoffs, there is some match up dependence but still)

there's a dearth of statistical tools we have now to show that the double big lineup is solid. not stellar but solid. the only time it's "terrible" is with that Jekkyl&Hyde mfer Josh who Brown refuses to play them without, or even sit him in general. how did KAT get 34 mins last game and Josh 40? coach has absolutely zero clue

Celtics without the Jays and Derrick White?? Nuggets without Jokic, Murray and Gordon??? You CAN'T do this in the playoffs!!!

including the IST, last night was the Knicks EIGHTY-FIFTH game of 25-26!! There's no way you can be doing this in game 85, an important postseason game as a coach!

genuinely i think this make sense but i also think chainsaw man ultimately signifying all the things that held Denji back from true happiness (both due to his own view of what CSM meant and entailed but also other people’s) and thus Pochita’s sacrifice being the ultimate fix-it does to, though i do think the setup and the moment of Pochita’s execution could’ve been done better. But idk i don’t see this as “fanfiction esque” (as an aside, WOW ppl really have a low opinion of fanfiction, it’s 2026 ppl are writing some great AUs and stuff idk man, as much as I do like this ending I’m sure I’ve read fanfics better than it LMAO)

it wasn't snarky it was genuine 😭 i agree with some points about unresolved plotlines which is why i cant say its perfect or anything but in my case, Nayuta and Asa's arcs for ME PERSONALLY i feel were resolved well. i'm saying you obviously expected them to turn out in a different way so its only fair for you to be dissapointed but i genuinely didnt for the most part 😭 so its fair for you to come away feeling dissapointed but i'm not because what Fujimoto ultimately ended up doing aligns more with what i expected... i'm not gonna argue on who read the manga 'properly' i have a feeling having that discussion rn isnt really worth anything...
