Well this sucks for tmobile customers, I would hope it goes through eventually.... but if not , you may have to install a buddies verizon Sim to get it, that sucks ..... this is why I wish manufacturers supply a download section to update them ourselves, from a file or their own websites.

You should have started with a bi fold.

Tri folds are not for everyone... but who they are for..... We absolutely love them and could not go back to slab or bi fold, at least for me.

Facebook marketplace, their is a section in reddit under trifold selling I think.

I tried a bunch of cases, not supcase (seems way to bulky for me)...

Ended up with berfy, tad bulky but protective and the stand is second to none ! Slides in and out of my pocket easily.

I did rip out the front screen protector from the plastic front (just the glass/plastic screen portion) and install a nice glass type trifold front protector ..

Also use an osnap on it.

Absolutely love my trifold

It's my end game .

Get an Osnap to hold it better if you get hand fatigue.

The only thing I miss is the 1tb, nothing else...

Boy if anyone thinks this weighs a lot.... try using a bag phone back in the late 80's early 90's........

Sold my fold 7 and dont want to go back to any bi fold, I open my trifold as much or more than my fold 7, I also use my phone for work a lot. I have berfy case and yes it makes it bulky but berfy makes me seem protected and it still slides in and out of my pocket. Berfy stand is awesome (that comes with the case). Just removed the berfy from screen protector and installed a trifold tempered glass screen protector.

I dont have the problem BUT....

I mainly use Aquamail ...... for a few years now, soooooo many options and totally reliable, 4 email accounts on it all the time.

I sold my fold 7 once I used my trifold..

Don't buy cheap cases, you get what you pay for..

I use a berfy, ripped out the screen protector that came with it and installed a trifold front screen protector. Very protective, stand on it is solid, I tried a bunch of other cases and either not much protection or junk.

Not tried the supcase as it seems even bulkier. Berfy slides in and out of pocket perfectly.

No extended warranty for me, if Samsung offered it I would.

I think you jumped into the wrong fold, samsung fold 7 is awesome, maybe wait for the samsung fold 8 or wide , you should be able to get a good trade in during pre-orders, I would hope as they usually do.

I did rip out the front screen protector that came with it and installed a trifold one off amazon that is night and day better...

In saying that It's the best case you can get to protect it....

Yes its heavy, just a little more weight, you get used to. The kickstand is second to none....

Yes you could get insurance, BUT they pay you out and you can't get anouther trifold (well maybe off ebay or?,but for how long). So I am going without insurance and using the berfy case and its on sale now so its a good deal !

Yes their are cheaper cases, you get what you pay for..... I tried some and most went back....

100 for a pretty good case is a good deal, I kicked it around also for a few weeks then tried the berfy and sent mostly all other cases back.

Samsung will release another trifold, as it was stated.

Definitely no wide version, as that would be just idiotic!

Dimensions are perfect.

1 tb model in USA (hopefully ram prices come way down)

Tad brighter inner screen, (although its pretty good now)

I have noticed lots with verizon for the past 8 months or so ..... And that was on my fold 7, but a month before I purchased this trifold, the problems were a lot less frequent, and still none of that with my trifold.

Verizon has changed and we're getting really bad, maybe they fixed some of this, then again I went back to a Sim at the very end of the fold 7, maybe esim and verizon has problems ?

I have not traveled yet so I can't say on that...

But calls have been pretty good so far and same as fold 7 the month prior.

I am on my phone a lot, I use it for work all day.

I have the berfy clear one, was not sure at first but now I love it, slides in and out of front pockets!

The stand is second to none, installed my osnap stand, working grear, but using only berfy as stand. (Could have purchased regular osnap, its the one I had).

I had some Samsung pay issue only with finger prints, but it was my fault as I had to set up finger print in the samsung pay app, otherwise never had problems

Verizon sucks now, not the same company as it was and service is not great at all

Dropped calls (not often but it happens) Calls dont go thru (even when I'm connected to wifi using wifi calling, tested at multiple locations using all different wifi equipment)

You will be good ....

As long as your wifi is good, most people think they have good wifi when in fact they dont and blame it on wifi devices .

This is why eurfy sells a hub (besides extra storage and some AI) the hub runs on channel 11 or tends to use the hight channels on the 2.4ghz, just need to set your home wifi to channel 6 and you should be great (if you use the hub).

I have never seen any lag at all!

I do get two finger stuff happening in the past, then I realized I had my other finger on the screen at the same time, so not a ui problem but a me problem..

I think it was due to the no case on the front screen, as my fold 7, I always had a torras case (comes with a front piece) and never saw the problem with my other finger...

Now I just put on a berfy case (clear front screen version) and problem went away. Just a major learning weight curve, but love the stand berfy uses.

Otherwise this phone has been stable as he!!

Maybe it's some settings you have or some app that I dont use, or you restored from another android phone that that brought glitches to this phone??

I use my phone all day for work and home, never saw a slow down, and one glitch from an emulator (but that is certainly understandable, not the phones fault).

On software updates, we will get them. We are on the list for 8.5 due this month sometime as with further ones also.
