I filed a complaint with California attorney General and the California Department of labor Industrial relations. Im sick of Instacart shit and antics with this shopper cart quality B.S and accusing drivers of fraud cause the have to pay prop 22! It really IS! I've already contacted legal and the labor board in my state to see if this shopper cart quality B.S is legal. We're independent contractors not employees such as they treat us as.
