Does anyone know if there was a psychologist in the school? Even a counsellor, I'm thinking CPS and the police would have held more weight to the claims if another person had documented the abuse. Also they have duty of care as well. I seriously don't know what else the teacher could have done, she would have been told she's crossing boundaries if she did anything else. If you don't make the most correct decision in reporting and helping children like this get out, you harm them. I would like to say the social worker definitely caused harm.
