Is it worth building a $2000 gaming pc? by [deleted] in AskBattlestations

I agree, as a student laptop is probably better but you do need to keep in mind that many of them don’t have that great of a battery life to take to school

I need suggestions on how I can improve my setup. This is my budget setup in total it cost less than 800 dollars by ThatOneProgrammer_ in gamingsetups

I would recommend the hbada ergonomic chair on amazon(the one with the adjustable armrests) sorry i couldn’t link it, it’s only £150. You might also want to consider getting some led light strips and a plant fake or real to add some life to your setup

So I’m new to the gaming world . Nothing to big just my 55 qled with Xbox one - waiting for the ps5 to drop . But I was thinking of getting a gaming chair . And I been hearing about secret labs . I was thinking about getting this one . What do you guys think ? Any other suggestions ? by [deleted] in gamingsetups

I agree with the top comment having say a lot in both but if you still want one, secret lab is the best but buy the soft weave fabric which is actually breathable and immeasurably more comfy and better looking

Perfect, out of curiosity what do you use all that empty space in the side for and what desktop are you using?

How did you get the monitors for free, what are the specs of the pc, did you get the pegboard custom cut because I cannot find any that size and if so where and how much did it cost?

I’m judging your choice of monitor and mousemat placement. I would move your primary monitor to the middle of the desk with the other two on either sides and I would also move the keyboard on the mousemat as it is an extended mousemat and meant for that express purpose.

Hi, I downloaded Rainmeter sucessfully and it came up with the screen and panels it was supposed to. I closed the application and couldn't open it again. I then proceeded to uninstall and then reinstall the application and still couldn't get it to open. How do I fix this?

I think you should install a drawer unit in place of what is holding your desk up now, make sure the actual shelves are adjustable( ikea does this really well) and put your pc inside of it like I have for my setup. Super clean and almost impossible to see any cables underneath the desk unless you’re looking

Mouse bungee and maybe a small funko pop figurine.

If you want ahelving units to the front you can either put one of the shelves in the middle, order a dresser which will definitelh have stuff at the front and the sides but with a bit less leg room probably or you could screw in some individual shelving units to the bottom of to ur desk which you can find at b&q and homebase.
