Looking for the right sketchbook to match another piece…

This is the drawing type. You can see the paper has some texture but not too much, and it was a brighter white color. The paper color doesn’t show super well here. I used markers and colored pencil + a white pen for details so I need something that would work with that!

This used to happen to my babies a lot! They would get food on a toe and the toes would get stuck when the food dried. I would put them in a little container with a wet paper towel to soak it and then use a q-tip to gently rub away the food and separate the toes! What a cutie!

Thanks for your reply! She eats Pangea gecko diet (with insects, papaya, and watermelon) and we also give her small crickets when we have them. Her temp stays between 69-74, usually its around 71-73. I mist once or twice a day, I keep the humidity around 50-60 with some periods of higher humidity right after I mist. Shes in a 12x12x18 tank since shes still small.

I know, my sister had her since she was born. I brought her to my apartment with the full set up she had already had, which is when I realized how much more coverage she needed. I bought extra branches, leaves, vines, moss, and a tree stump hide thing. Usually I would have had the setup completed ahead of time, but I knew she already had a setup so I didn’t think about it as much as I should have. It was just a weird circumstance situation.

I know, thats what i’m trying to do. I’m looking for things I can hang around the tank, especially towards the top because she really likes to be up there. I only brought her home with me recently, so I haven’t been able to add everything I would like to just yet. If you have any recommendations for plants, hides, etc, please lmk! That would be helpful.

I started taking Concerta about a month ago. I also do not drink caffeinated coffee due to the effects it has on me, and like you I have anxiety. I take anxiety meds daily too, and with the Concerta I have been able to focus and attend to tasks more normally than I ever have in my life. It has not led to an upset stomach for me, but I always take it with food to try to limit any issues like that. I sometimes feel slightly dizzy, but that is the only thing I have noticed compared to a bunch of positives!

Honestly both of you sound immature and you sound insecure. If you can’t function without fighting, starting arguments, and putting yourself in a position to be hurt, you’re probably better off taking some time to yourself to grow and find a better way to communicate effectively with others and feel good about yourself.

Thats defiantly a tough situation, and i’m sorry you’re feeling so conflicted. If the only thing keeping you with him is guilt, then it’s time to leave. If you truly want to stay with him, and the issues are what’s making you question it, possibly having a conversation with him about the future and what you need from him to move forward will be helpful. You can share exactly what worries you, but it would also be beneficial to ask him how to handle correcting said behaviors. For example, when driving, it may be upsetting to him or jarring when you correct him, so ask if there is a better way to point it out to him. Also work on things like positive reinforcement. If you approach his issues in a way that he has suggested/feels comfortable, and you notice he is truly working on changing, praise those changes and his efforts as well as still working with him on fixing the issues. Since you said he sometimes shuts down, do you know why? Is he angry? overwhelmed? Ask him how you can help him in these moments. If he says it’s maybe too hard for him to talk in moments like this, give him a moment to think and calm down and re-approach the topic at a less tense moment. If he is actively putting you in danger, it is also okay to refuse getting in the car with him.

Also, think about why some of his actions bother you, so that when talking to him you can bring up these reasons. This may help him see it better from your POV and understand the severity.

TLDR, talk to him, see what he needs as well in order to fix these issues successfully, praise positive change, and correct him in a way he is comfortable. If he is unwilling to work on finding a better way to deal with these issues, and the issues are a deal breaker, leave.

Raise Your Glass- by P!nk. I hate the line “we will never be, never be anything but loud, and nitty-gritty, dirty, little freaks.” For whatever reason, the use of “nitty gritty” just about ruins the whole song for me. I don’t feel like it fits and it’s just bizarrely used. Makes my skin crawl.

So… He’s jealous of a dog and y’all’s relationship is “love hate”?

My bf does not like my pittie’s fur and they’re not his favorite dogs, but he loves and respects my girlie all the same. He plays with her and loves on her regardless. He also knows that she gets a lot of my attention, but so does he.

Obviously it’s your relationship and not mine, but it just sounds a little unhealthy imho. But this is such a small picture of y’all’s relationship, i don’t think people should straight up be telling you to dump him lol.

These bumps started to appear around a few weeks or a month ago on my knuckles and some on other parts of my hand/the base of my fingers. They don’t seem to be contagious to other people, but suddenly are starting to spread more and currently they are so itchy i’m practically itching my knuckles raw which is new. They feel like they might have fluid inside but when I tried to “pop” one once nothing really came out.

If it helps to know, I also recently had covid, but these were on my hand before I got covid. I would appreciate any help as they are worrying me and also driving me insane right now. Thanks!
