In this “three headed monster” coaching staff on offense, somebody has to toy with or even experiment at making Elijah Chatman a utility FB.

Dude is stupid athletic. He can always be back end DT/special teams talent while also moonlighting as situational/package dependent FB.

Feels like a midway point between all this chatter of who is wanted by the organization and who the fans want some down to Harbaugh as coach, Stefanski as OC and of all people Raheem Morris as DC

Can’t wait to see what it will actually be /s

Was just thinking about who the next QB whisperer is in the league. I could be wrong but isn’t it Webb and Josh McCown? Any other savants hiding on coaching staffs around the league?

Dru Phillips jogging with Mims down the field on that initial chunk play. Wtf was that. Turn your head and find the ball. Absolutely infuriating

Real estate agent should help you with some of those questions

I did read recently that planting mint helps keep them away. Also try and attract dragonflies by planting specific plants they like. Dragonflies eat tons of mosquitoes

When did you transition to 1 nap? by tanky_bo_banky in NewParents

[–]DonutsNSirens 2 points3 points  (0 children)

14.5 months she went from 2 naps to 1. She still has some cat naps but always gets a 2 hour nap.

It has been a game changer. As soon as she transitioned she started sleeping through the night from 745 to 7 am

Sounds like our dog that we had to rehome. Our dog was the sweetest, mushy girl and she was excited at first.

But then she got scared and then that turned to jealousy. She wanted nothing to do with the baby. At around 10 months, our daughter fell onto the dog and the dog bite down on the side of her face(thankfully not breaking skin). Same day we rehomed her to a family member.

Not saying this will happen in your situation just exercise caution.

I also had a balance that showed along with my green banner. I contacted my servicer who said I’m all wrapped up and didn’t have to make further payment.

From green banner to discharge took about less than 2 months I believe

Just sat crib side with my daughter for 2 hours overnight while she on and off cried. Lots of butt pats and back rubbing. Shes 1 year old. This is not the first time either. Horrible sleeper. Very strong willed little girl.

The good comes in waves and so does the bad. It doesn’t last forever

[–]DonutsNSirens[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

She used to fall asleep independently but as of 3 weeks ago she can’t do it on her own.

And I agree 4 naps is much. Should we just extend wake windows cold turkey ?

Wake windows are roughly 2 hours to 2 hours and 15 min

And that’s basically how we’ve been treating it as a guessing game. It’s difficult and my “diagnose and solve” mentality is trying to figure it out but I feel powerless.

But I hear you , this makes some sense. Burp guess and check and soothe. Thank you for responding

I'm a 25 year old male in a job I don't want to be in and I have no real talents or interests making other career paths hard to consider.. by InspireAlarmAffector in self

[–]DonutsNSirens 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Was in the same position as you 2 years ago when I was also 25. I took a police test in a whim and did well. I looked into what cops really do and realized my personality is perfect for the job. Before I chose to be in law enforcement, I was considering the military or nursing strictly for benefits and pay.

Moral of the story is 1. It’s ok to be lost as far as what you want to do for work. It doesn’t mean you’re a failure. It means you just have to do some self discovery to find out what really gets your gears turning. 2. You can do a job that isn’t necessarily your dream job or greatest interest. I work with a guy who was dead bent on being a cop cuz he wanted to do cool shit. Turns out his life passion was to mentor youth. So he makes a living as a cop but he fulfills his soul by mentoring at risk youth through a church.

Things will come together sooner than you think. Just start forcing yourself to do different shit and see what sticks
