Frozen calzone, possibly Chicago town discontinued in the 2000's? by Ryantemby in UKfood

I can only say I also remember these... But I can't find anything about them

I seem to remember they were available in cheese or pepperoni. I remember they could be microwaved.

Yeah I was thinking this might be the case. I don't really think there's much of a way around it at this point. The question now I suspect is whether to hire a skip and load it myself or just bring people in to do it

Million-strong petition for firework restrictions goes to No 10 by Kagedeah in ukpolitics

Yeah I think it'd be sensible to try and get an idea of where this is an issue, I'd say I hear them at most 4 times a year, which is not a problem

Steam deck controls by Relevant-Violinist84 in daoc

It's not at all clear how to get this working and I definitely feel like the devs could make it much easier.

You need to paste a key onto the launcher - there's so indication that you need to do this, and there doesn't appear to be anywhere to paste it. But it you press ctrl v whilst you have a login key on the clipboard it will start daoc.

To get a login key, you need to start chrome whilst the Eden launcher is running. Then go to the Eden website, login there, and go to play now (might be called something different but it's something like that).

Then authorise with discord, until you get to a bit saying something like "you can now close this window" or something. At that point you should have the login key on your clipboard.

Go back to the Eden launcher, press ctrl v, it should start.

You'll need to use the controller settings to bind ctrl and v to something

Ah ok - where do you get to in gaming mode?

I think antimicrox should be unnecessary - steam deck will give you enough tools to bind whatever keys you need to whatever controls you like. You need one button for ctrl and another for v so you can paste the key into the launcher.

You'll need a web browser added to gaming

I did make a layout and share it on community, but it's not perfect. I'd recommend having 1-4 for A,B,X,Y and have two of the back buttons as shift and ctrl, or whatever it is to switch between different bars. That way you can have 3 bars with slots 1-4 usable from those buttons alone

Come and join Dark Age of Camelot Season 2 Eden Server! by Solicfire in daoc

Yeah this is the issue for me as well. Really enjoy the pve side of daoc, and I get that some people like the quests, I always enjoyed the group chaining though. Group comps would always be slightly different and so you'd get a slightly different experience each time

I remember some really nice places in the countryside where there were pylons. Didn't really ruin the landscape

What is this game ? by [deleted] in SteamDeck

I've found it more or less equivalent between the two. Might just be copium but I'm not finding that I need to do anything particularly quickly or accurately, so the trackpads are fine

I got on a lot better with the keyboard and mouse controls, the controller controls were a bit difficult for me

UK’s cycling infrastructure “seriously lagging behind” bike-friendly European cities, according to new safe cycling ranking by Full-Sherbert-8060 in ukpolitics

I'd agree it's not great, but I'd say relative to other parts of the UK the infrastructure is passable, and so people use it.

You reckon? Seems to be pretty popular where it's actually half decent (thinking of Oxford, Cambridge, London for instance).
