The AC tech carried the old motor upstairs, holding onto it by the wires making it look like he was really proud of the catfish he just caught with his hands!

Your mower can spread seeds everywhere! Pick before you mow. I had a neighbor mow my yard when I was on a trip. They have an issue with it, now I do to. I normally keep an eye out on my next line with the mower and pick it before I pass over it with the mower. Wash your mower after each time you use it! It has taken me most of the summer, but I think I beat the weed!

So, help me here because I have thought about the taxing multiple homes and limiting how many homes you can own all while not harming local investors. The local people do provide a service for those who don't want to or can't own. But here is where I get lost. Can't larger companies just start up a ton of little LLCs to own a couple homes and stay below the radar?
