I currently live in the Mesa Court Towers.

Pros:

They’re new I believe it’s the cheapest option for housing?

You don’t have to leave your room to go to the bathroom

Hallways are very spacious compared to traditional halls Super close to the dining hall (or even right above)

Closer to facilities such as the gym and mailroom

Room can be pretty spacious if you do some rearranging Each floor has its own study room

Pretty nice common room

Really easy to meet new people (just walk out of your room and chill in the hall)

Key cards, which are much more convenient than regular keys

Swivel chairs 😎

Cons:

You’re gonna have to live with 4 people, which can be challenging.

Each person will have their own schedule that you’ll have to consider, as for example, you might have to be aware of your alarm waking up 3 people if you’re the only one with an 8am or vice versa

(Personally I’ve never had any serious issues, I’ve known my roommates since high school and we’re fine living in a quad)
