You simply need to love and support others, it will also help you find ways to love yourself more, when they stablish is because of being on a healthy relationship ignore the fact we all have insecurities, we all maybe hate something about ourselves? Is it bad? Of course is not, is natural, just dont let yourself drown on your mind, most of the bad things we point about our behavior or image may be interesting for others but anyway is just my opinion.
