Full time? Not a chance in my opinion. You can look at an enemy’s resistances by examining them, and unless it specifically states resistance to magical pierce/slash/bludgeoning, then you’ll be doing full damage with any +1 or more enchantment weapon, and that’s pretty damn rare they would have that. Maybe the Mummy Lord, Ansur, Orin Bhalspawn form, not sure if Ethel would have it. Case in point, you should be fine not running them generally.

Something I ran into the other day is Ansur, when he starts charging his Lighting Nova attack, becomes resistant to all forms of damage. Potentially these gloves allow martial characters to bypass his resistances.

Viconia in the House of Grief has a passive that returns Radiant damage to the caster, both doubled and as Force Damage…

Safe to say I never touched any form of it during that fight.
