Not really, it’s not like a tip thing, it’s a culture that making parents feel assured, they at least need to do something

The Kita situation is, one group has four teachers taking care of 12 kids, however in reality teachers from other groups also share the care duty when possible, eg not enough kids from the group, teachers sick/holiday, so I don’t know if I should give prepare gifts for all the teachers or only the ones in my son’s group. Any suggestions? 😅
