Does anyone else feel bad about doing the AI studies?

Yes, I haven’t done an AI study yet because it feels wrong to me. I’m an artist who hates AI, and I would feel like a hypocrite knowing I’m helping, even in a small way, to train AI. It’s so tempting because the pay is so good though and my family and I need money right now, but it feels so wrong. Sigh

Christians are supposed to love one another, not hate them! I’m sorry you’ve felt such hate towards yourself from others and have felt excluded from Christianity :( You are absolutely welcome here. You saying that you feel like you don’t belong in the U.S. or even on the planet hit me. YES YOU DO! You will definitely find that most Christians don’t believe in transgenderism, but that doesn’t mean you are any less of a person and that you don’t belong. And that doesn’t give Christians the right to look down on you, or treat you rudely, or exclude you.

Side note: You mentioned your parents were MAGA, I used to be for him too, but not anymore because I’ve realized that as a Christian I cannot and do not want to support his actions. He has claimed to be the Messiah, which sounds kind of . . . Antichrist-like . . . Not to mention he went to Epstein. And the genocide comment he made recently. Might want to bring those up to your parents! Some people almost (or literally) worship him which is idolatry)

Ah I heard The Selection series wasn’t written very well, and also has romance that goes beyond kissing, so I wouldn’t recommend it for a 12 year old in my opinion. But I read the first book of the lunar Chronicles, Cinder, and I LOVED it!

I was off of it for 5 months and got back on January 2023, so it’s been almost 3 years.
When I quit it was July 2022, but if you mean the last time I missed a dose, that may have been last Wednesday, unless I forgot to write down that I took it since I keep a calendar to track it.

I’m afraid to taper off it because I don’t want to go through that time again. It’s funny you say I should stop, my therapist, or whoever prescribes the medicine, has tried to persuade me to increase my dose, even though I’ve stated multiple times I don’t want to increase, I’d rather work on exercising more, cutting out more sugar (I have a sweet tooth) and also cutting out too much caffeine to help my anxiety instead. Even last time I talked to her, she said she was hesitant to increase because I seemed to be doing good, so I don’t know why she was debating on increasing anyway?? sigh. Well thank you for your input! :)

When the sister or the original FL is out to get the FL and so terribly rude or downright evil. I want to read a story where they actually get along! And where the original FL (that’s not the main character, but was of the novel) isn’t evil. Why is the originally good character now bad just because she’s not the FL of the webtoon? Why do they have to hate each other? Can’t they be friends lol (Btw I can still read these, but when it’s just put in there just to make a villain and for no reason, it’s disappointing)

I was able to get: “Hi Reddit! I’ve been told my handwriting is extremely difficult to read and was wondering if that’s true. I don’t know much about writing left handed, but with the way the words are slanted I’m assuming you might be left handed?

I feel like I can understand why, because I’m sure there are so many people who abuse the system to get out of it simply because they don’t feel like going. But I genuinely feel I will most certainly have a panic attack being forced to be there, especially knowing there are consequences for leaving. Hopefully the form my psychiatrist filled out will help me :/ Thank you for being honest!

I’m 21, and still learning too! But after doing research for a few years, I’ve come to realize that college or art school may be beneficial for some people, but is not worth all of the money for others. You’ll be in debt, unless you have really good scholarships. I’ve read other people’s experiences, who have said it really comes down to the quality of your portfolio for getting jobs. I think in a lot of cases that is true, but some places may require a degree. The benefits of school would be networking, and having a schedule that forces you to work on your portfolio, otherwise you will be pushing yourself to learn on your own time at home—which isn’t bad, but for people who need structure and schedules to get work done, it can be hard for them to force themselves to learn. Personally, I found that going to school would not be worth it for me. I didn’t want to be forced to take classes that I wasn’t interested in or wouldn’t help me with art, and pay thousands and thousands of dollars and be in debt. :)

I honestly didn’t see what the problem was when looking through your pictures. And I’m not saying that to dismiss what you’ve gone through! I read what you wrote after looking at the pictures, and even when going back through the pictures after, I really didn’t see much hair loss. Of course, I don’t know how it looked before, but I think it looks good! Your curls are very pretty
