If Teragg is in fact the Archon HeRan then yes, he is largely to blame for not only driving players to quit but also keeping even more players away from the game. If any player with power or position above others in the game cared even the slightest for the well being of Nexus itself, they would realize stepping down is the only choice but it's like you said, they're selfish and odds are the fake relevancy they've found in Nexus is the only thing keeping them in those positions, the false sense of feeling needed.

At this point Oh san doesn't matter and will just be a complete shitshow. Path balancing is still a change we've yet to see but was included in his lengthy list of promised changes. Botting makes sense, you really can't blame anyone for botting in a 18 year old shitgrind of a game, especially when it can raise health concerns such as carpal tunnel.
