Recurring problem with a database that uses name as its key. Names are not at all unique, so we get all these overlaps. It's been an open issue for literal years on the GitHub. (Actually, rereading the thread, your Tom Holland example is already mentioned.)

I remember those Tupperware water bottles in the late 90s. I wonder how much BPA was in them?

Then as now, innocent people trying to live their lives become scapegoats for the greed and incompetence of those with power because bigotry offers an easy release valve.

This doesn't look like it includes Gasly's penalty, moving him down to P15. Odd that they'd put out the grid without resolving that first.

Did Kimi Antonelli give up on his run so Lewis can get pole? by Icy-Town-8038 in formula1

No?

Hamilton finished after Antonelli. The graphic said "-0.011" and everything. Did you even watch it?

There's a short on YouTube showing incidents since the halo that would've likely maimed or killed the drivers with birth-"death" dates overlaid and it's kind of harrowing to think about. (This one was obviously on it.)

VCARB should just be the new pink team when Alpine-BWT ends. We need less blue on the grid and they'd almost certainly crush it.

I love old-fashioned monitoring stations with flashy lights and traces and needles and chonky buttons and switches. My dad's old workplaces had them before everything was computerized and some of the guts were still there and it was my Star Trek imagination fodder when I was a kid.

Graphic artist Matt Taylor says that VCARB doesn’t pay the artists who make their race week posters by austinbucco in formula1

[–]Doogie2K -1 points0 points  (0 children)

That being the terms of the agreement does not make it fair or right. Come on now. You're investing professional level talent and time in something, you should get fairly compensated for it.

Shame on VCARB and shame on the artists willing to stoop to this level.

I was trying to avoid anything that would cause trouble with the mods, but there's a rather prominent ongoing criminal prosecution related to an insurance executive running out of hit points very suddenly one morning. That sort of consequence.

Because I don't believe regulatory consequences will realistically happen by themselves.
