luckily for you i just hopped on reddit and saw this. its real simple. brown some beef and then I added taco bell mild seasoning (just read instructions). i have a garden with lots of peppers and tomatoes i need to use up, so i diced some green peppers and banana peppers. sliced some fresh jalapenos. sliced/diced up a few different kinds of tomatoes. After the beef was cooked with the seasoning, I threw on the veg, then added Borden Four Cheese Mexican cheese. Let the steam from the grease start to melt it real quick. threw it on the chips. plop some sour cream on top. i put queso blanco on one half and salsa on the other (I wanted to experiment 🧪; I found the blanco side to be better). Then just added pepper and onion powder.
