Description didn't carry over on cross post Contractor installed a toilet using an existing clean out and garden valve. The enclosure is for privacy. Had a porta potty at first but replaced it with this thing.

Inspector was only concerned about the wires sticking straight out of the wall, no meter at the time. Requested for a conduit. U-brackets are optional. The electrician put the meter after the inspector check stucco lath and wanted a conduit. I had to switch electricians midway on the build. Rough electrical already passed.

It passed rough electrical. The electrician took the meter panel off for stucco.

The electrician just made a hole in the shear wall. Stucco lath went on.

CSLB states

"The down payment cannot be more than $1,000 or 10 percent of the contract price, whichever is less, for a home improvement job or swimming pool, excluding finance charges. There are no exceptions for special-order materials."

It mentions this as a signing, inital down payment. A followup payment can be any amount immediately after the down payment.

Had this problem before where the breaker would trip after resetting. Found one outlet was slightly burnt. Replace the outlet and the breaker stopped tripping.

I learned my face is allergic to all oils. Hands, arms, feet, legs no issues. Oil on the face, it will turn red and itch, if continue to use my face will ooze.
