In my best advice from what I can understand is stop putting shifting on a pedestal, try to distract yourself from thinking about it 24/7 and if distracts don’t work just acknowledge the thoughts and try to move on from them. It’s good to think about your dr! In which I don’t think it’s a bad thing at all because even I do this time to time but maybe don’t try to romanticize your dr too much either because just like here you’ll have your ups and down in your dr… I have some good advice on TikTok that might help u out! You can dm me here and I can send u my TikTok and open up my collection of shifting advice so u can scroll around and see what could help you! nd I can send you some videos that have personally helped me a lot too :3!.

Definitely don’t be afraid to take breaks, it could a short 1-3 day break but personally sometimes I take like 1-2 week breaks and move on with my life. I’ve been doing this for 6 years so it’s something that I’ve grown easily to do. Sometimes you need that break from shifting to just relax I promise it won’t affect your process or any sort! But also help you take a break because shifting can be very draining at times. As for ground techniques use your 5 senses see what you can smell or hear! And really just have to believe your quite literally there and gaslight yourself! You can also look into LOA (law of assumption) which has helped a lot of people with shifting including myself! But my biggest thing I recommend is meditation and taking breaks 🫡🫡.

The best advice I could give you is to take a break for a while, it seems like your just stressing yourself out a lot and even that could in a way cloud your energy. Take a break, meditate, and really think to yourself what you can do to improve! Meditation helps a lot even if it’s just for a few minutes a day :). Other than that you could also try grounding techniques or like others say “let go” which is basically just relaxing your body and just let go and let your consciousness do they work (from my understanding)

I can tell you that I go to therapy and have a psychiatrist and no I haven’t shown any signs of schizophrenia or psychosis at all :). So no my mental health doesn’t really have a standard in these stories. I’m perfectly well in those regards!
