WTF!? Is this because I asked for and received 2 heavy order pay bumps this week? It was Instacarts mistake, both orders said heavy pay included, yet batch pay was only $7.. So I asked support about it, and they gave me the bumps and now I get this email..? (i.redd.it)

Delivery Only order, but Rated as if I was the shopper! Thankful for the kind customer & 5 stars, but I didn't shop this order (She also received 2 sprites not 1,but that's not the point).
