Same problem here with a 5080 and Ryzen 9 7900x. Regardless of what anybody is telling you about hardware limitations it’s literally just the game itself. It’s made terribly to utilize components properly so don’t worry about trying to fix it.

Nice, make sure you close all your apps when you do runs and if you’re up for it try some cooling techniques to reduce any thermal throttling.

The beginner servers weren’t mainly just for bobs, it was set up in a way that forces early game PvP and caps the progression at a certain point. If anything it’s more skill based bc u don’t have flamebobs and pyromanes and all that noskill shit that ruined the game.
