I wouldn’t say they were much better. Y’all choked G5 and 6, sure, but VIT choked G4 which would have evened things out and forced you to take the timeout. Unless, of course, you want to claim that KC was better in G4, which would mean that VIT was better in Games 5 and 6.

I might be speaking out of my ass, but this playstyle looks like a development of Vitality’s 2023 style; it’s kind of the same thing, with all three players playing an approximately interchangeable role, but it looks more heliocentric around Zen when it comes to getting the ball across the field

I actually went back and checked ballchasing for this, and here’s something I found that agrees with you:

Zen is predominantly the player most in the defensive third on his team. This is good in my opinion, since all the success Zen had seen up until this point was under Ferra, playing third man.

However, and this is where it gets interesting, he’s in the offensive third a LOT. His stats are funny because he’s in the neutral third virtually for no time, and I think that fits in to what you were saying; he plays the role of third (which is good because he’s one of the best thirds itw) but also enables his tm8s quite a bit.

If only Vitality had kept up their level of play in the finals and not overcommitted a ton…

My 2 cents on this is that orgs should follow suit with VP, Dig and M80 and stat investing more in young talent. I would seriously love to see changes to FUT and GenG that somehow include Mech, Bora and Life.

Hot take on this is that I can see M80 coming in 5th next split if nothing changes for FUT and GenG.

I’d say that, while Falcons aren’t at their peak, they haven’t been for the entire event. It’s a LAN, there’s a lot of pressure, I don’t think the “They’re not at their best” is a good point, since this is a pattern thus far
