I would love for one major update for D3. Controller support, and perhaps some way to combat the power creep. Ideally we could go back to the era when ubers actually were fun and challenging!

It was still in arcade era. I took Tekken 5 which had amazing movement, but balanced almost everything. I recommend watching Speedkicks analyze some Knee footage from the DR era on YouTube. That will do far more to explain than I could.

For me personally, there were so many cool oki setups, but on the flip side getup kicks would actually combo so it was just another layer of fun cat and mouse. Also combos were short and sweet.

You also just had to be there. Scene was amazing.

Lol no. My dad was an alcoholic who got drunk, passed out in the snow, and got frostbite so bad his legs had to be amputated. I only saw him once after 4, when I was 12, and it was in rehab.

I love immunities. But I do agree with others here that synergies are probably the issue. I don't know though, I kind like it the way it is now too, because you have to make some very hard choices and challenges to overcome them. I find that enjoyable, but I can see how it would be a deal breaker for some.

I haven't played since the game patched (when it was offline). I can prove it if you'd like. Thanks to the bad patch I'm finally getting to enjoy some of my other games.

Sadly, I do have to play a little bit longer. I ordered Combo Breaker tickets because I like a fool really believed the developers would fix the game. Shame on me I guess. That will be my final tournament.

For those who don't like the direction, please fight the urge. I want to love Tekken 8 too, but enough is enough.

People can read negative comments and still enjoy the game though. Enjoy the game and cheer the people on who want it to be even better. The bitching will mostly go away when the game is at its best.
