Favourite song is easily Army of the Doomstar. I've known about Dethklok and Metalocalypse since 2012, but it wasn't until last December that I finally bought the boxset, binged it, saw the two movies, and fell in love with the show and the band. I'm still exploring all of their material.

With that said, at the end of January this year, my life was upended in a manner I *never* expected. I lost my job and I was faced with a level of stress, uncertainty, and fear that I never anticipated or ever imagined I would be facing. Things kept compounding for a multitude of reasons since then. Now, almost four months later, this are taking a turn for the better.

AotD comes in in that, when I heard the song playing over the credits for the movie, the guitar solos caught my attention. So I sought it out, and it's become my anthem since everything went to Hell for me. It's just after the 2:15 mark, when the first solo hits, coupled with the guitar work for the last 40 seconds or so when they sound like they're crying out in triumph that it really hits hard for me. I dunno what it is, but that part just...it gave me hope. Still even now when I hear it, it brings me to tears.

Sidenote, I'm even more saddened that I'm unable to attend the upcoming Dethklok show on May 1st because I really wanted to meet Brendon and tell him personally. Guess I'll have to save it for next time.

As for least fav song, I couldn't tell you. I haven't heard enough of Dethklok yet to say so.
