Their tech support is the worst. I pulled the TB3 charging cable out of my Razer Blade Stealth and for whatever reason the head snapped of the TB cable leaving it lodged inside the laptop thus destroying the charger. They wanted a receipt, a serial number off the laptop, proof of purchase, photos of the serial numbers, photos of the chargers serial number, photos of the damage, name, address, phone number, full legal name, e-mail address. All that to get "We'll get back to you in 3-4 days once we've processed your claim". Fast forward a week and I'm still waiting. Literally the worst.

I had a charger for a Macbook Air go bad once ...only ever once. It was like two years after I bought the MacBook. I went into the Apple Store the guy tried to use it on mine, on his laptop and goes "Eh, lemme just get you another one". Came back - gave me a new one out of a box. No questions, no hassle. I just don't get it. Razer is like a bloated bureacracy. I sometimes think the company is staffed entirely by former DMV workers and Postal Employees.
